Terms of Use

1. Using LOKKI

LOKKI lets people create lockers and share PostIts, Comments, Stickers, photos, videos, and Game Messages. By using LOKKI, you agree to these Terms and to use the service responsibly.

You must be at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age required to use an online service in your country. Where required by applicable law, a parent or legal guardian must provide permission.

2. User content and prohibited conduct

You are responsible for the content you create or share. Abusive, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, illegal, spammy, or otherwise objectionable content is prohibited.

Do not:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or encourage violence against others.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Expose private or personal information without permission.
• Share non-consensual intimate content.
• Use LOKKI for fraud, spam, illegal activity, or exploitation.
• Exploit, sexualize, groom, solicit, traffic, or otherwise endanger a minor.

3. Child Safety Standards

LOKKI has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Users must not create, upload, store, request, distribute, promote, or link to content that sexually exploits or endangers a child. Grooming, sextortion, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, and attempts to arrange exploitative contact with a minor are strictly prohibited.

When LOKKI becomes aware of content or conduct that may violate these standards, we may immediately hide or remove the content, restrict or suspend relevant accounts, preserve necessary records, and conduct a safety review.

Confirmed CSAM will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority when required by applicable law. LOKKI will cooperate with valid legal requests and applicable child safety obligations.

4. Reports and review

Users can report PostIts, Comments, Stickers, Game Messages, or users through the reporting tools provided by LOKKI. Safety concerns may also be sent to the contact address below.

A report does not automatically remove content or restrict an account. Reports are sent to the LOKKI team for review so that misuse of reporting cannot automatically affect another person's content or account.

LOKKI may prioritize reports involving child safety, credible threats, sexual exploitation, violence, or exposure of private information.

5. Blocking and locker controls

Users can block other users. Locker owners may remove content from their own lockers.

The LOKKI team may hide, restrict, or remove content that violates these Terms or when action is reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service.

6. Enforcement

Repeated or serious violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or account termination.

LOKKI may act immediately when content or conduct presents a serious safety, legal, or security risk. Where appropriate, LOKKI may also preserve relevant information or report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

7. Service and Terms changes

LOKKI may update features and these Terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date shown on this page.

Continued use of LOKKI after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by applicable law.
